Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She's played a variety of soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She appeared as Daphne, a recurring character in season two of HBO's show True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her professional career as teacher at Maury County where she taught children in kindergarten and Reading. She got married in 1998 to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones after which she moved into Thompsons Station. In the Thompsons Station, she started teaching fourth class in Bethesda Elementary. In 1999 and 2000 she continued to teach as she was getting her masters in instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their oldest son Baylor into the family in 2000. Ashley has been spending the past 15 years focusing on the development of kids in her local congregation and in the community, while also serving in various capacities. Ashley has been a leader for a long time of the Preschool Ministry and the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church. Ashley was a three-year resident at home homeschooling her kids. When they were at home, students attended a class where Ashley taught History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. God taught her family that even though she loved doing homeschooling and having time with them, it was the right time for her to return to school. Brent as well as Ashley have five kids. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all are students at GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate attends and plays baseball at UT Martin. Callan is also an GCA graduate and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. Family members are very active and enjoys hunts, fishing and helping each other in sports. Romans 8:28.
